MATO-1 facade scaffolding has been developed in order to increase safety and efficiency in scaffolding erecting. MATO-1 is, thanks to the double guard rail, is one of the few scaffolding systems that can be assembled with only 4 main parts.
MATO-1 lightweight system – decisive advantages!

Most buildings have construction heights that are less than 18 metres high. From an efficiency point of view, this is why it is recommended to use the approved MATO-1 lightweight system for such constructions. Construction heights up to 30 m (steel tubes with 2.30 mm wall thickness) or 40 m (aluminium tubes with 4.0 mm wall thickness) can be assembled using this lightweight scaffolding. It has been proven that you can save between 25 and 30 % in time in erecting scaffolding with the lightweight technique compared with the conventional heavier scaffolding versions. This saving in time provides you with the economical advantage compared with your competitors! You are shown this advantage every time you are using the scaffolding. Starting with the low weight for transporting, the resulting greater loading quantity up until an easier storage, the light weight pays itself-off. On constructions where the scaffolding height exceeds 30 m or should assume greater weights (300, 4500 or 600 kg per m²) frames
with a wall thickness of 3.25 mm should be used. These can be intermixed with the lightweight frames. The MATO-1 scaffolding with a width of one metre can be enhanced with all components of the scaffolding with a width of 70 cm.
