Regular cleaning and maintenance is essential for the long-term preservation of the formwork material and high-quality results. We offer renovation of all common formwork systems. It includes: Removal of plates, cleaning of profiles with up to 1,000 bar water pressure and removal of concrete residues. Covering of the frames with the desired plate (phenolic resin, plastic coating, Alkus) and subsequent sealing with high-quality joint sealant.

Make a Pit stop at Tobler after every construction site

During pre-cleaning we make sure that every formwork is entering the cleaning system in correct position. In addition, any damage is recorded.

On each side, the edges of the formwork frames are cleaned simultaneously by 2 pairs of brushes. From above, no less than 6 large brushes take care of a perfect surface of the formwork skin. 

In this way, a high throughput speed is achieved, as well as excellent cleaning results.

The completely cleaned formworks are ready for shipment or are waiting for their next use in the Tobler RENT rental park.
